After
4 years, my car lost that glossy shine
which was all so beautiful when the car
was new. I have longed very much to
recover that ‘wet’ glossy look. I have
tried several DIY products and to no
avail, I could not recover the ugly
marks that were left on my car due to
weather and washing. Not till I was
recommended to give Imperial1 a try with

the car simply glows.
I had
lovingly cared for the paintwork but was
never able to achieve the amazing finish
which you have; and I can't believe the

The major
difference between Imperial-1 and other
grooming shops is the quality of
service. Great personal service. A
person who listen to our perceived
“problem” of the paintworks and answers
our questions in a layman's way so that
we can understand what is was wrong.
Paulas & Andre go out of their way to
assure customer satisfaction. You can

Hi Andre, I’m so happy
that my car can fetch a good price when
I sold my car. My client just doesn’t
believe was a 3.5 yrs old car YES YES

others grooming center last time ….,
till I met you and Paulas in march 08
when I send my car for a paint treatment
(their work is absolutely
fantastic).They were incredibly
personable & answered all questions I
had Honestly and without Hesitation, and

Recovery Treatment process and show me a

Imperial 1 provided me
with a quality service. The exterior
restoration job was unbelievable.I had
been in the automotive industry for over
ten years and know that black is the
hardest colour to keep clean as well as
detail. And I’m so happy to have Paulas
Ong and his team from Imperial 1 who
made my baby stand up again with an
intense detailing job that removed years
of varnish and hidden dirt that I had no

I just would like to take
this moment to tell you how impressed
with the work in Imperial-1 did my
Suzuki. The completed job was fantastic.
I felt proud to drive my car again, like
the day I drove brand new. As a woman
who doesn't know much about cars, I've
always felt completely respected by
Andre & Paulas, Everything has always
been completely explained to me until I
understood and I've never been taken
advantage of. At the same time Paulas
insist to do up a Demo with a recovery

When I looked at the
paintwork on my 1.5 year old Honda it
was covered with swirls, halo-grams and
minor imperfections by other grooming
center; but thanks to Paulas from
Imperial-1 and his attention to detail
and dedication he transformed my paint
work to a mirror finish, spending spent
7 hours whole days working to get my car
ready.
I just want to commend your shop on the
outstanding work that you all do. when I
saw my car in your car show room looked
as good as new; and the best part he
show my car in his workshop with the
high bay lights (before & after recovery
treatment) .I've gotten nothing but
favorable comments on how good it looks.
Overall I've had a very pleasant
experience with Imperial1. I would
highly recommend it to others. My thanks
to all the paintworks technicians and
especially Paulas Ong.

Left my 6 month old Beige
Benz for treatment today- very
professional in explaining the whole
process - from paint recovery to
coating... Initially ,disheartened to
see lots of "hidden marks and scratches"
only on this 6 month car upon arrival
but turns confident after their
explaination in recovery and coating.
...6 hours of work, most of marks and
scratches were removed eventually(
85%-90%). I can sense their commitment
to outshine the typical car grooming
services in SIngapore. My best
experience so far for any car paint
treatment and grooming. and hope this
experience will continue in midst of
their expanding business and growing
recognition.
I am staying in the East but worth the
time in travelling down to the
West....Well done, Imperial 1 Team (ie
Andre, Wilson, Paulas , and
rest.....)...Will refer the benz members

Decided to try out
Imperial1's grooming service after
reading the positive comments here and
viewing the splendour of the "fantabulously"
groomed cars over at Imperial1's
website.
I was served by both Andre and Paulas,
the former showing me all the
imperfections on my car's paintwork due
to my negligence for the past 1.5 year,
while the latter explaining to me how
they would attempt to carry out recovery
of my car's paintwork.
Left my car with them at 10am, and
received a sms to collect the car at a
round 6pm. I couldn't believe my eyes
when I returned to get my car. The
swirlmarks, water stains and scratches
were mostly gone, and my black getz was
shiny and bleaming with joy, something
that has been missing for a long time
due to my negligence. In fact, I was so
impressed that I took up a package with
them on the spot. :)
Thank you Andre for making an exception
to accept my expired voucher, and Paulas
for being so friendly, patient and
grooming my baby into what it is now. |

"I wanted to thank you
for the recent work done in IMPERIAL 1"
My car was 2.5 yrs old with lot of epoxy
paint spots, water spots, swirls &
holograms. After checking by one their
workshop manager, i was told that my car
need a major recovery treatment....& he
like to challenge and restore my car
into a new look by giving him 8-9 hrs to
do the jobs. I'm happy to hear that.
Without sounding too much like a car
commercial, i just want to say that i
was very impressed with the effort that
was put into correcting what was going
wrong on my car. You people never fail
to amaze me.I was even further imperssed
when i pick my car up & i saw that it
had been restored back with a beautiful
glossy shine!

that day on,i haven't taken my vehicles

Four "THUMBS UP" to

My wife & myself looked around & a
friend actually recommended me to this
Paint Treatment Center.Impressed by
their Works & their Service.
For the pass,i had a very Bad Experience
with other "Ah Meng" or what PPS
grooming center;they con't provide me to
remove the water spots &..they damaged
my car with lot of machine marks . After
done up my car in Imperial-1. I would
like to acknowledge the great works
provided by Paulas,my car look "NEW"
again.He was so helpful,when i have
doubts & questions,he alway happy to
answer me and the same time "recovered"
all my paint work surface damages for my
car.

My car had chemical
splash all over it. The first time I
collected the car, it seemed ok, but the
stains came back. Ate into the paint.
They insisted on trying again and this
time it turned out alright except for a
few areas. But one thing which stands
out is their ability to make a black car
shine, and they are extremely friendly.
Their excellent customer service was
what prompted me to buy a grooming
package from them. It's good that their
work is good too. Look for Paulas. |

Excellent service!!
Before they start the polishing, they
will let you know the various paintwork
problems that the car had and solutions
to prevent them.
When the job is completed, vehicle will
be collected at the air-con lounge.
Check out all the spotlights shined on
the car. Only the best polishing dares
to do this for any minor defects will be
easily seen under the lighting.
At the same time, the salesperson will
be there to advise on the best treatment
for the car. For the service and
reliability that has given me,
definitely is worth the every single
cent I paid! |
